Note in this short psalm:
- God's Sovereign reign is over all (vs. 1,2).
Four attributes found in these opening verses are majesty, omnipotence, immutability, and eternality. - The tumult and struggle of this world is no threat to His reign (vs. 3,4).
- Truth and justice distinguish God's decrees (v. 5).
